Rotary stretch blow molding for PET bottles
The Tofflon Huihe CP3-6: six blowing cavities and up to 13,200 bottles per hour, for PET containers from 0.25 to 2.5 liters. Stand-alone, or as the blowing module of a blow-fill-cap block.
* Output depends on the preform and the bottle design.

From preform to finished bottle
The CP3-6 is a fully automatic, two-step rotary stretch blow molding machine. It suits mid-volume lines and plants that run many bottle formats, for water, carbonated soft drinks, juice and functional drinks.
Each of the six stations carries a complete 150 mm mould set, which gives room for round, square and shaped containers up to about 125 mm in diameter while keeping the blowing wheel compact.
- Feed and heatPreforms are fed automatically and heated in an infrared oven with individually controlled zones.
- Stretch and blowPreforms transfer to the six-station rotary blowing wheel, where they are stretched and blown into finished PET bottles.
- DischargeBottles leave on an air conveyor, or transfer directly into a filler.
Key features
Rigid structure
A welded machine base and a precision-machined rotary wheel keep mould alignment stable at full speed, for a service life beyond 20 years.
Low energy consumption
A near-infrared oven with reflector design, and optional blow-air recovery, cut electricity and compressed-air demand per bottle.
Flexible blowing process
Pre-blow, high-blow and exhaust timing adjust independently, and zone-by-zone heating profiles are stored with each recipe.
Simple operation
A touch-screen HMI with recipe management and fault diagnostics, plus a remote-access module for the manufacturer's service engineers.
Bottle design support
Huihe's bottle-design team develops bottle shapes and preform pairings, with broad experience in lightweight bottles.
Broad PET capability
Ordinary, heat-resistant, medium-temperature and aseptic PET bottles on one platform.

Application fields
Bottled water
Still and sparkling, with lightweight preforms.
Carbonated soft drinks
Petaloid bases and pressure-resistant designs.
Tea, juice and functional drinks
Hot-fill, heat-set and moderate-temperature bottles.
Aseptic beverages
Aseptic PET bottles for aseptic filling lines.

Values are indicative for a standard configuration and are confirmed in the project technical proposal after review of the preform, bottle design, product and utilities. Output figures assume a suitable preform and a well-designed container; heat-set (hot-fill) bottles run at reduced speed. Machine dimensions exclude preform feeding and air conveyor.

Options and line integration
- Blow-fill-cap block: direct coupling to a Huihe rinsing, filling and capping monoblock for water, carbonated drinks, hot fill, moderate-temperature or aseptic filling
- Heat-set (hot-fill) package: heated moulds and an extended oven for heat-resistant PET bottles
- Blow-air recovery: recycles high-pressure exhaust air to the low-pressure and pre-blow circuits
- Preform inspection: vision inspection at the oven infeed, with automatic rejection
- Additional mould sets: shells and bases for each bottle format, including custom and lightweight designs
- Air compressor system: matched high- and low-pressure compressors with dryer and filtration
- Air conveyor: neck-guided empty-bottle conveying to the filler
- Full turnkey scope: water treatment, beverage pre-treatment, labeling, packing and palletizing
